STONE MILL 2.0 Portable mill for aggergates

Description

This innovative machine is, in effect, a miniature of a crushing plant of rubble; it is able to grind of masonry waste which can be reused as aggregate for the filling of substrates and screeds.
The crushing takes place via a particular grinder, the resulting product must be in a sieve which separates the coarse from fine-grain funneling the material in two different outputs.
Within this machine there is a powerful vacuum to eliminate the dust that is generated in the hopper, in the grinder and in output from the sieve. The sucked dust is filtered from the large cartridge filter that must be cleaned periodically with a simple jet of compressed air. The shell is made of a special material that attenuates the noise.
The movement of the machine is facilitated by the wheels that allow even stair climbing.
The entire machinery is also made of light materials such as aluminum alloys and the steel parts are designed in such a way as to limit the weight.
